I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Foster City, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied through LinkedIn/Indeed and got a call from the HR. Initial was a get to know screen with salary expectations and a few background questions. This was followed by an Excel Test, which was not difficult but was definitely time consuming. I had applied for FA initially, so you might not get it if you are applying for Sr. FA.
The next round was on-site. I was interviewing for a role, that turned out to be more data heavy than I wanted it to be and hence both the interviewer and I realized that I wouldn't be the best fit for it. But they did like me and the HR reached out again for a couple of other different positions with the finance team. This happened almost 10 days after my previous interview, so the turnaround time for hearing back from them was pretty quick based on how my average experience is.
The next set of interviews for the new role was in the HQ as well. They were hiring for several teams and several different positions. So I talked 2 people of each team for 30 mins and in all interviewed with 7 teams.
Interview was pretty straightforward and simple. Talk about your background, things that are important to you in your team and for professional development. Laid back interview process.

4 step process. Starts with the Director then a back to back with the, hiring manager and a counterpart. Higher level/VP for final steps. Would have loved to take the move but relocation would have been tough with family obligations.

Interview
Fairly basic - talk to different levels of employee. Initial interview with recruiter to gage skills and interest. Next interview with 4 people - checking more interest and skill set. Next round with higher levels -- asked to provide accounting entries for recording a contract (without really seeing that contract to really know)
