I was lucky to have a behavioral interview. My friends had technical interviews basically 1 phone screen, then an interview with an engineer and then you're expected to solve hacker rank challenge which is followed by an onsite interview (this applies to full time positions or online applications most of the time). I attended NSBE conference and was scheduled for an interview after I submitted my resume. I only had 1 behavioral interview while some of my friends that attended the conference had technical interviews.
