Interview
the interviewer was very unprofessional for the following reasons :
1) after we started the interview he asked me to pull up a Java IDE and start coding an algorithm "reverse a string in java" knowing that my experience is with NodeJS and Javascript, I asked him if I can do it using javascript instead of java he said no no I want it to be in java !!
2) before I start coding I explained my approaches for 2 possible solutions that I came up with and what is the time complexity for each one of them, he didn't sound like he's interested and he responded ok write the full code and show me that it works !!.
3) before I finish writing the algorithm he interrupted me saying "ok thanks for your time we'll get back to you !!"
this is by far the worst interview process I've had, I'm definitely not interested in working with such people.

Con el proyecto que pidieron hacer te preguntan de todo, tecnologias y demas que decidiste agregar, la verdad les recomendaria no ponerse a hacer swagger u otras cosas, porque creo que eso no lo valoraron
En fin, preguntas de kafka, jubernetes, aws, preguntas muy tecnicas y puntuales de como usar cada uno

Interview
The call came through consultancy called superior talent. In the call letter they mentioned face to face interview. On reaching there HR asked to give 1:30 hr hackerrank test. And after the test they kept me waiting for 1 hr. It was bad experience for me because, firstly it was never told or mentioned in the invite letter that hackerrank test will be part of the agenda, else who takes leave from office to take hacker rank test? Secondly, I confirmed with the consultancy person about the agenda and I was told it will be fave to face interview and there was no mention of hackerrank test.
Visa should make sure, if they are so much inclined towards hackerrank test, they should not call the candidate who has not taken the test online from home. How does it make any sense, the person who has not taken the test from home will be interested in taking it from your office taking a day leave
