Most of the people I met are highly motivated people who still enjoy their work and are very driven. If you like that type of energy I think it’s a great place. A couple had great personality.
The administration people are also friendly and polite.
HR process can do better though. For senior roles, other companies have better check ins for people they are still considering and build rapport from start to finish with formal emails and phone calls.
The process seems hurried at times, yet long period with multiple peer interviews. Some shared they went through 6 months and 10 interviews! 6 month probation will probably give you a better outcome for actual performance evaluation.
Not sure about policy rationale but personality tests are probably going to give a better understanding of the type of person they are hiring than multiple interviews by different people. But it allows candidate to see the people and culture they are going to work with. So they may also lose the candidate’s interest mid way if others are also vying for their talent. Branding comes from the interview experience too.
