Interview
majority was behavioral, eg. the general questions asked: "walk me through your resume, tell me about yourself, what would you do if...(scenario questions on leadership, work experience, conflicts within your team), some basic technical questions on coding, asked about visa's business model
the interview typically includes an initial recruiter screen, technical or role specific assessment, and manager or panel interviews, focusing on skills, problem-solving, and cultural fit, often concluding with final HR discussion.
The Visa Corp interview process typically consists of a 4–6 week, 3-to-5 step process: initial recruiter screening, a technical online assessment, and 2-4 rounds of virtual or in-person interviews with hiring managers and team members. Focus areas include behavioral questions, technical skills (DSA, SQL, coding), and case studies.
