It was basically behavioral questions from previous experiences but during the interviewing process we were able to input any additional information to give the interviewer a people person perspective of the individual. Even though it was a conversational interview as well, it gave me the time to also interview my possible manager. I wanted to get a feel for her just to see if she would be someone I would love working for in the long run. She offered insight of Visa's image and how she saw her team as a whole.
