Visa Inc. Senior Systems Engineer interview questions

I was contacted by the Visa recruiter and we went over my qualifications. I had applied for a different job, and she directed me to the Sr. Systems Engineer job. An initial call with the hiring manager was scheduled where we discussed my qualifications, the position, and how my skills fit in. The next step was to have a panel interview over the phone with members from the team. The last step was to have an interview with senior management.

A recruiter from Visa found me on LinkedIn. I had an initial phone screening with the hiring manager. I was then brought on site for a technical interview with the team and then back again for a final interview with management. The process from initial contact with the recruiter to the final interview with management took just over 2 weeks. They said it would take them a few more weeks to finish interviewing the other candidates and then make a decision. It has now been three months and I never heard a decision from Visa, which is why I'm rating the interview as a negative experience. Even if a candidate that has made it all the way through the interview process is not chosen for a position, I still believe companies should inform them of the decision.
