Awful interview process. Started off with Coding Assignment that I had to take 3 times, because each time it couldn't verify I wasn't cheating. When I reached out to ask what I could change to do differently to verify it properly, they told me they wouldn't tell me, since it'd be unfair to tell someone. Finally I aced it, and I moved onto my actual interview.
For my actual interview, I met with a director for GenAI on my interview. He arrived late, and had very obviously not seen my resume before. During the interview, he had to go over it for what was very obviously the first time. He asked me very few technical questions initially, then pivoted to behavioral. During behavioral, basically all of his questions seemed as though they were seeing if I was willing to do anything for him to ensure deadlines were met. For example, he told me that even if a product isn't safe or tested, he'd want me to deliver it if that's what he asked. The entire behavioral portion was just very unprofessional and strange. I withdrew from the interview process immediately after this interview.
