First discussion was very informal by phone. Next they flew me out to their corporate office in Austin, Texas for an all day interview meeting with three different people; CEO, CFO and COO etc. One of the interviewers was doing his emails the entire time and took 3 different phone calls during the interview and another interview was a 5 hour extremely detailed, what felt like interrogation, whereby the interviewer typed verbatim into an excel spreadsheet word-for-word every response, hardly making any eye contact the entire time. During this particular interview, the interviewer told me that he would be playing the role of autobiographer and basically wanted to know every detail of my life from childhood until present day.
