Vital Farms interview questions

I applied online, then they invited me to complete a series of pre-employment assessments. After then I had an interview. Although I did not receive an offer they called me in person to tell me not to move forward anymore. That was the first time in the interview process a company made me felt like a human being.

I applied to a role. I was given an assessment based on cultural fit and another assessment. Unfortunately, I didn't move forward. I recognize an organization's need to assess a candidate based on IQ and such, but I thought they would try to do a pre-screening call to understand the job experiences of the candidate before auto-declining, but this practice assumes experiences of the candidate don't necessarily matter prior to a IQ test.
