We would like to extend our gratitude for leaving this review and our sincerest apologies for the experience you had during the interview process. We recognize there was a miscommunication resulting in the cancellation of the interview without proper notification. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this must have caused, especially given the effort involved in preparing for the interview. We take this matter seriously, and we are actively addressing our candidate communication and coordination processes to prevent similar incidents in the future. The lack of personal communication from the supervisor is acknowledged, and internal measures are being taken to ensure a more respectful and professional experience for all candidates.
