I applied online. I interviewed at Vivax Pros (Austin, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
Started off with a regular phone screen scheduled after they reached out to me in a text. The phone call was pleasant and pretty standard. Took about 30 minutes, and the woman was nice. At the end, she asked if I would be willing to do an in-person interview, and then she sent an email with the details. I did the typical interview prep and pretty excitedly went to the interview, which was scheduled a week after the phone call. To my surprise, when I got to their "office," which is a repurposed church in a residential neighborhood, I was directed to take a seat at a table with multiple other people. I had seen the other reviews on here mentioning a nonconsensual group interview, but I couldn't imagine they would do that for a PM position allegedly paying 100k+. There were 8 of us, and the group interview was very informal, just them talking about the position and the company's mission, etc. The guys who led the interview were dressed in old T-shirts and talked about how many vacations they took. I probably looked visibly annoyed during the first half of the interview, and if the job market was stronger, I might have left before it started. I was upset and very thrown off my game, but I stayed because I really needed a job. It sounded like half the people in the group had also been out of work for some time as well. They let us ask some questions at the end and then told us to reach out to our recruiter to set up our one-on-one interviews. I admittedly spent the rest of the day somberly contemplating my career; however, I did decide I would continue to pursue the position. I called my recruiter the next day but didn't get an answer, so I sent a text confirming my intention of another interview. The next morning, I received an email from her that the position had been filled. That was less than 48 hours after our group interview, so I could assume no one from our group got the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The only question they asked at the group interview was your name and who you are (elevator pitch).

Other Project Manager Interview Reviews for Vivax Pros
Easy Flow and comfortable conversation. Was asked fair questions about qualifications and reason for applying to Vivax Pros. Was told a lot of positive things about the company and made me more hopeful that I will get the position.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vivax Pros (Denver, CO) in May 2025
Interview
First “interview” is a phone call where they pitch the company for the majority of the call, a little strange as in todays job search, for if you get a bite from an employer you will do your due diligence before interacting with them. They ask some questions about your resume and a get a feel for you.
Second interview is a group zoom “career day”. Very obvious they want you to align physically with the peers who share that role. Hour long, you get an elevator pitch at the beginning and a chance to ask questions at the end. Informative break down of the role and makes it clear the position is not for people who want to skate by.
Third interview is a traditional in-person interview where they ask questions about your experience and get a feel for how it translates into the current role. I was not invited for a second in-person interview (presumably the final).
Would have liked it to be a quicker process, took about 4 weeks in total, however there is a degree of honesty throughout the whole process, especially if you take what’s said with a grain of salt.
