Missed 2-3 days for interviews. First interview was with a group of 5 other people. Wasn’t the best experience I’ve had. With missing work too it was not great. Maybe it was unlucky timing, but I don’t understand 3 interviews to still be told no.

Group interview to start, which was a surprise to learn on arrival. Went around the group and asked each of us to introduce ourselves. Then a 30 minute background on the company and the role. That was essentially it, with the instructions to reach out to the hiring manager if interested in pursuing the role further.
