Vivax Pros interview questions

Extensive. I went through 4 different interviews and meetings before getting hired on. The interviews were as a group with the different heads of the different departments as well as with the owner. Then I interviewed with the head of my department.

First part was a group interview where the CEO and all of the managers attend and go over all the positions and the company culture. They also have everyone there give a snippet about themselves and their previous job history. I personally think this is a great way to start, it allows you to have a relaxed conversation with everyone and hear about the company culture and the different positions. After the group interview I was asked to come back to have a joint interview with two separate departments. This interview was a lot more in depth about myself and the company and really seeing if it would be a good fit for both me and them. After that interview I was asked to take a few days and write a "why" letter outlining why I would be a good fit for the company and position. I was then asked to come back for another interview with two mentors to talk more in depth about the position and for them to see if I would be a good fit. Process took about 3 weeks total and I was offered a position but turned it down. It was not a good fit for me right now and had a few select things been different I would have jumped on it. Great bunch of people that are working there and the energy was through the roof. Logan was an awesome guy, down to earth and truly vested in my time and making sure this would be a career fit and not just another job. Not a job for people looking to skate by or jack around. Their pay is based on performance and you get out what you put in. So the harder you work and the more ownership you take the better you'll be compensated. Training is a pretty big pay cut and was part of the reason I couldn't swing it right now.
