Applied online. Very disinterested recruiter asking questions and I suppose taking notes. Seemed bored by their job right off the bat. Made it clear that their PMs currently handle rosters of 30+ clients, act as the main contact for these clients, and they pay only $55k/year.
Was chosen for the next round, which asked three fairly detailed questions and said you should only spend 15 min on answering them and you must submit 48 hours from the time it was sent to you (which was a Friday afternoon.) It would have taken at least an hour to give full answers for the questions posited, and I decided there that upper management must not have a great sense of how much time individual tasks actually take to accomplish correctly. As a PM, I am keenly aware of how that difference in perception negatively affects teams, and I chose not to continue.
