I applied online. I interviewed at Vrbo in Jan 2023
Interview
They had us come on for a hiring event. Everyone who organized it was very helpful. They had current employees talk to us about the work culture, environment and everything else.
The initial interview with the recruiter was excellent. However, my second interview, on site, was canceled less than 30 minutes before. I received an email/voicemail stating I would hear next steps within 48 hours. Five full days later I had to initiate a call back to find out what was going on. In short, they said I was too excited about getting on, and potentially using them to get out of Austin. I won't even pretend that I wasn't excited about working there, as I consider the business model stellar. Using them to move to Europe was completely news to me. I don't regret anything.
In short, if you want to get on with them, don't show much interest.

Which platforms and processes have you used in your computer experience?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Vrbo (Austin, TX) in Dec 2017
Interview
They start in a room will other applicants and employees, free food and stuff. Then they call you into individual rooms with the interviewer. The interviewer is usually very laid back and relaxed, if you do the same you will be ok.
