I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at W. L. Gore & Associates
Interview
Process was lengthy but not complicated. They are most interested in your ability to work in teams and how you will handle challenges. I found it to be redundant at times, have to site multiple different examples of the same concepts around teamwork and giving feedback. There were some questions that gauged technical capability, but they were less complex than other interviews I've had

Interview
The interview process is very smooth and well-structured. Interviewers guide you from topics concerning logistics (e.g. preferred to work) to learning more about your experiences. Prepare to speak very technically about the work that you do and how the outcomes relate to what work you've done.

Interview
It was fine, nothing too difficult. Long process, recruiters not great at reaching out to the candidates. They underpay a lot, so be prepared to get a bad offer no matter your experience. Not competitive with other companies.
Fair interview process out of school. Liked how they showed us around the city/area to make us really understand the culture and environment. Long day of interviews and multiple interview pairs.
