I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at W. L. Gore & Associates (Tempe, AZ) in Feb 2016
Interview
Overall positive, previous internship experience was in a field that was desirable so the questions were easy to answer and the interviewers were pleasant. Since it was an intern position I was asked questions regarding previous projects, leadership experience, initiative, and the ability to be self driven due to their hierarchical structure.

Interview
Applied through job board. Received a response about 2 months later. Very nice and conversational panel interview with two leaders on related teams. They made an effort to make the interview comfortable. Didn't even have to introduce myself, just jumped right into walking through projects. They asked a series of questions about my projects. I could tell they had really read my resume and were prepared to talk to me specifically, which I appreciated.
