I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at W. L. Gore & Associates (Tucson, AZ) in Feb 2018
Interview
There was a pre-interview session the night before basically giving an overview of the company. Then the next day, I had two people interviewing me. The whole interview was a quick walk-through of my resume and one question designed to see my thinking process was like.

I applied online. I interviewed at W. L. Gore & Associates
Interview
Applied through job board. Received a response about 2 months later. Very nice and conversational panel interview with two leaders on related teams. They made an effort to make the interview comfortable. Didn't even have to introduce myself, just jumped right into walking through projects. They asked a series of questions about my projects. I could tell they had really read my resume and were prepared to talk to me specifically, which I appreciated.
