Telephone screening was the first initial interview process. After getting the green light on that, a week later was the in-person interview with 4-5 people in the room that consisted of leaders, engineers, and HR. They each took turn asking interview questions that were more technical-based questions vs experience. They also shared some product samples and gave me a mini test and asked what I considered "wrong" with the products. It was more so of a test to measure your "attention to detail " abilities - not particularly any right or wrong answers per say. Besides these questions, there were a good handful of ones on how well you can work within a team as that is very important to their culture. Overall, it was not that bad of an interview considering it was 4-5 people.
