Interview with HR over the phone went well. Then the phone interview. Besides IBM, probably the most arrogant, unprofessional and disrespectful interview I have ever encountered. (10 yrs experience, MBA). The person called me asked if it was me then began like a drill sergeant yelling out questions. No introduction or 'this is how the interview will go today'. They seemed angry, rushed and had already decided about me before they even spoke to me. I come from a fortune 500 company and have a masters, maybe they were intimidated? Regardless, I almost stopped the interview because if that is someone in management, then Gore is a company I am not interested in working for or purchasing from. Yikes! Apparently I did not have enough experience, maybe they will find someone with 20 yrs and a PHD for this non management position? Avoid preparing and wasting your time with Gore, all the bad reviews on Glassdoor are legit.
