I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at W. L. Gore & Associates (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2012
Interview
I had a chance to interview with W.L. Gore for the Quality Engineer position. The interview consisted of two 45 minute sessions with 2 people in each session. They were very friendly and welcoming which eased any nervousness leading up to the interview. They primarily asked about personal experience and a few behavioural questions. My best advice is to be yourself and answer honestly. I would recommend getting familiar with the company values and embrace that if you feel it is a good fir for you.
