Good blend of questions. Interviewed by an actual engineer at the company which I really appreciate. Big focus on teamwork/interpersonal but also a good amount of problem solving and technical questions.

a very large process where they interview hundreds of candidates and rank them on projects. there was only one round of interviewing and there is a month or so gap between the interview and decision

Interview
Asked many situation based questions based on leadership and teamwork. Seemed to be looking for a good company culture fit rather than someone with technical knowledge. The interviewer took the time to go over all details on my resume and asked questions pertaining to a particular experience. From my responses to his questions, he would ask follow-up questions further examining the experience and looking for key qualities portrayed through my answers.
