I applied online to the two intern positions and it was an online 45 minute interview on zoom. The interviewers were mainly looking for cultural fit and I heard back a few months later.

Met Recruiter at the career fair. Had an on-campus interview. Then a month or two later I went to their office in Flagstaff, AZ to have another on-site interview. There were several rounds of interviews. Each interview had 2 employees.
