I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at W. L. Gore & Associates (State College, PA) in Feb 2015
Interview
30-45 minute interview with two representatives. They ask you the basic questions you would normally see in an interview. Very behavioral based. The whole process took about a month to hear back. If they like you, they'll put your information in a "resume book" which they hand out to several project champions (supervisors). If your qualifications match what they are looking for they'll let HR know and they contact you.

Question 1
Behavioral questions. When did you work on a team. How have you resolved conflict?
I applied online. I interviewed at W. L. Gore & Associates
Interview
The application process is simple, however once you move on there are multiple stages you must get through. It takes a lot of time and is very stressful. Overall, kind of a waste of time unless you really want to work there specifically.

Interview
On campus recruiting, went to info session night before, interviewed with 2 people in department I would be working in. Mostly behavioral questions, though asked one analytical question based on a prior experience.
