WD Legal interview questions

First interview with the recruiter (via Zoom, not by phone as usual) went well, I had a very positive impression of the recruiter, we agreed on the call there and then to schedule a call with a hiring manager. Hiring manager did not show up for the call. I reached out to the recruiter, who responded that they'll look into this. After that once per week I received two same emails (looked like templates) proposing the intro call with the same recruiter (!) . I replied to these email, but did not receive a personalized response. Since then silence. The process came across unprofessional and poorly organized, which was very disappointing as I felt I had the right qualifications for the job and had a very good impression of the recruiter.
