WD Partners interview questions

Human resources did an initial screening via a telephone interview and explained a lot about the position and general benefits and work environment. A Zoom interview with 3 professionals was scheduled after that where we discussed the actual position offered and my experience. They followed up after the interview with a rejection email.

Phone interview with HR, video call with Ohio headquarters, and in-person interview at the Irvine office. The interview was with the director of architecture and engineering. They didn’t ask technical or difficult questions. They mostly described their company and the type of work I would be doing.
