Interview
I went to some of WD's info sessions so I got to know the company a bit before interviewing. First I had a 15 min behavioral phone call with a recruiter which wasn't super formal and very conversational. Then I took a 1hr technical screening (which they said wasn't the only thing taken into consideration when considering who to interview). Lastly I had a technical/behavioral interview with someone in the 'department' I was working in (SSD).
Very fast response time after application submission. Talent acquisition department does well to stay on top of all applications and are good about scheduling interview dates with candidates. Overall the interview was great; met each interviewer separately (3 interviewers total). Asked your run-of-the-mill questions, felt very conversational.
