Initial Phone Screen A recruiter conducts a 30-minute call to discuss your background, the role, and to gauge mutual fit. Technical Assessment Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete a take-home coding challenge or an online assessment to evaluate your problem-solving skills. Video Interview with Hiring Manager This stage focuses on your technical expertise, past projects, and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies. Team Interviews You'll meet with potential team members to assess collaboration skills and cultural fit. Final Interview A panel interview with cross-functional stakeholders may occur, discussing your technical skills, project management experience, and how you handle complex tasks. Offer and Onboarding Successful candidates receive an offer, followed by discussions on salary, benefits, and the onboarding process.

Role playing was involved and Star method interview was used. I went through two rounds of interviews first one being a phone screening and second one being a virtual interview with two hiring managers.
