i applied online, and received a call back from headquarters about two weeks later. The call was from an HR representative looking to set up an interview at the location I applied at with HR at that location. When I went in for my interview, I met with one woman. She was very friendly, and she asked me a few questions, but in the end we really just had a conversation. She told me a little bit about the internship program, as well as the work that Waste Management does. The HR woman called me later that day to tell me that I got the job!
