Extremely unprofessional. Received initial phone call from company recruiter about interview. Very nice person and it seemed like a really good company and position. Got set up for in-person interview, but when I showed up nobody knew about any interview. The recruiter had forgotten to set up the interview and send notification to hiring managers. I received a phone call from recruiter 30 min after and they apologized, and told me that they would set up a new interview as I was very flexible. Never heard anything back from the company after that.
