First a video interview asking behavior and situational questions followed by a phone interview and finally an in person interview. The onboarding process also included a background check and drug screen.

Interview
It started off as a temporary contract role, to which I was able to move into a full-time position. The company takes hard work and effective skill sets into consideration. Good hard work did not go unnoticed.
