I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WM (Houston, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
Got a call from the interviewer for a role and was told they would forward my resume to management and be called back for a potential face to face interview. I didn't hear anything for 2-3 weeks, then I get a call from the same recruiter telling me the role was filled. It would have been nice to actually interview for the role especially since I had be referred by an internal employee. I did fit the qualifications of the role so not sure what happened however, that didn't seem very professional and left a really negative impression of Waste Management.

I applied online. I interviewed at WM (Stafford, VA) in Sep 2024
Interview
The interview went pretty well. Interviews were very professional and asked very important questions. They were very clear with what's exception and what they are looking for in manager. They answered all my questions and I left the interview feeling good about the company
We has an offsite interview at a restaurant discussing my education, past work experience, onsite work, construction work, erosion control work, typical questions about my past employment and ice cream for desert.
Doing the same as another person in the comments below. I am doing my research on this company and getting prepared for the interview. In the meanwhile, their hiring system seems very interactive with potential employees.
