The interview was three stage process:
1. Telephonic interview by HR
2. face to face interview by the Construction Director and Deputy Director of the program and Construction Managers.
3. The second interview by the Client (PWA) representatives

Interview
The first interview went great, but the hiring manager rescheduled the second interview three different and then stopped responding. I never heard anything back, even after emailing them asking back.
