Very easy going. Interviewed by the Principle Architect and a senior designer, it felt like a conversation more than an interview. I showed them my portfolio and we talked about a couple of my projects. They didn't ask any of the traditional interview questions (i.e. where do you see yourself in 5 years) then I was given a tour of the office and introduced to everyone.

Landed a job interview through an employee referral (which took upwards of 3 weeks to process). After finally hearing from them, the interview went smoothly and the colleagues were friendly. It was difficult to reach them and have follow up afterwards. Thought it was very unprofessional ghosting a candidate whether or not I was the right fit.
