Panel style interview.. mostly behavioural questions.. little focus on past experience... why do you want to work for WSP and what do you know about WSP. What are your hobbies? and what is something you are proud of?

Interview
It was an online interview. There were no HR representative but two managers in the interview. The interview was around one hour and followed by a 30mins written test. There were behaviour question, situational questions and technical/drawing questions.
