I applied online, and got an interview 2 months later with the hiring manager and team lead. They were very nice were mostly interested in my design team experience, as well as any classes related to the job.

Interview
The interview was very seamless. Three people talked to me: one HR, one department manager, and one team lead. Talking to the people at WSP was stress-free. The interviewers were friendly.
For my role specifically, I was not asked many technical or behavioral questions.
