Consisted of several stages online and then shortlisted for offline interview in the wsp office.
consisted of a few steps but the main step was the group discussion process.

Question 1
In the group discussion of 5 people, they gave us all our separate projects and we had to convince each other about selecting our project as the group project. we had to select only 1 out of 5 as the group project. so all were trying to convince others about the project they had received.
I Received a call regarding scheduling and interview. I then proceeded to a virtual interview with a manager and a senior team member. They asked generic behavioural questions some high level technical questions. Overall a pleasant experience.

Interview
You have an hour to complete an exercise comprising of two parts. The first being responding to a tender. The second involved finding errors in a project costing spreadsheet that you are to send back and ask questions in relation to.

Question 1
The exercise included receiving two emails requiring you to write a response to a tender and find errors in an excel spreadsheet. The tender exercise required you to research the client, detail a methodology, identify challenges or risks to respond to, and list solutions to the identified challenges or risks.
