Questioned on experience and ability to manage small to medium sized projects. I was asked about my people and management skills as well as examples on situations where I’ve dealt with challenges both people and project/technical. Overall was standard interview and was attended by 2 members of management.

Interview
The interview was okay. The interviewer listened and properly inquired about what they are their need.
Two weeks later, I sent them a follow-up email, and one of the interviewees got back to me that he/she will follow up soon with the updated status. However, never got their responses back.
