The interview was okay. Appeared to be a good cop bad cop approach. A very welcoming and approachable person and a slightly less interested colleague interviewed me. It balanced out overall. Questions were varied and intended to test my knowledge and guage how I would fit into the team and the business needs to work abroad as some existing staff didn't want the long distance projects.

Interview
Very easy going interview felt more like a conversation and asked about work experience. Only one 45 minute interview with three people. Asked me about work experience and informed me about work I’ll be doing at WSP

Question 1
Asked about work experience and how I get along with people.
The interview process was easy with typical questions asked on most general interviews. There weren't too many technical questions but emphasis on project expenses budgets was quite important. It is good to practice answers to a few typical questions before the interview.
