Question 1
What was the bigest challenge you faced during a project and what did you learn from it
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at WTW (London, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
Quick online application form, followed up by a video interview with 8 or so questions along with an assessment centre that lasted 3 hours.
The video interview was of a standard variety, with 30 seconds to prepare a 3 minute answer for competency based questions.
The assessment centre itself involved a quick introduction, interview and a technical test. Relatively laidback experience, the hiring managers and HR were very welcoming. My personal advice to any future applicants for this position would be to keep your head together in the technical test and read the instructions carefully!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (London, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
First complete online application and then proceed to be invited to an online video interview (record your questions) and then in-person interviews. I applied in December and then received an e-mail for the online interview which I sat in January. Still waiting to hear back.
