nothing different than any other call center position for agents who'll be handling inbound calls to explain the different types of plan choices available. you meet with someone in the hr department who asks if your insurance license is active and you have background experience. can you operate a computer easily? they needed warm bodies really fast for a big new client coming on-board.

First speak with a recruiter who ask you a few easy questions and where you live then received email for the vue pre-recorded interview I then received an email 8 days later with an offer
phone interview , simple questions check related to the Resume submitted, took 30 minutes , than another call was scheduled for second interview step , which last 15 minutes long.
