I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Cologne) in Aug 2015
Interview
The application process lasted two months, although included two steps only. First - I applied online, after two weeks got a phone call and an invitation to an interview in 1.5 months. :)
Probably because of the summer and holiday time.
The interview was an Assessment Center with group case study, two presentations, for 1:1 interviews and a short feedback in the end. I got a call with the offer on the next day.
Although it was an AC, there was almost no pressure. Interviewers were friendly and interested (all were consultants and so - future colleagues), other participants - as well.
No real competition - all that qualify would get an offer.

Question 1
What do you know about Solvency II directive?
Which topics are especially important for the insurance world now?
+ all the standard questions
Had three rounds of interviews. I thought the questions were all straight forward and the people I’ve interviewed with are all kind. No complaints on the interview process really. I liked the interview process at lot more than most companies

Tell me about yourself and why are you interested in this role
Online, several rounds including competency questions, case studies, group work and relaying answers within time constrains. You were supported if there were any technical issues, and they were forgiving about if your line dropped out
I applied online. I interviewed at WTW (Milan) in Jan 2026
Interview
Videochiamata su Teams con due membri del team con cui poi avrei lavorato. La posizione aperta era per analista attuariale, ramo pensioni. Sono stati gentili, anche se non ero la figura che stavano cercando.
