I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied through the university career portal, and the process took 4 weeks.
The first round was on campus with a senior consultant, and it was pretty straightforward with mainly behavioural questions. We ended up speaking more about our travels rather than the job itself.
The final round was on site - 5 rounds with 5 consultants/managers. Questions were mainly behavioural. Each round was focused on one section of my resume. I would highly recommend knowing your resume thoroughly, and being yourself during the interview process. Everyone at the firm is really nice, and want to see if you fit the team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic questions:
- Why the firm? Why this position?
- How did you deal with a conflict in a team?
- What do you like to do for fun?
- How do you manage your time? Tell me about a time when you had competing deadlines.
- What are your long term goals?
- Tell me about a time when you were criticised
The online interview was conducted in a panel of two rounds, each 30 minutes long, mainly involving behavioral questions: weakness and strengths, why compensation, why this position, and past experiences.

Interview
Started with a video interview, which was not difficult. However, the superday was not easy at all. There was a lot of pressure and the interviewers were not very friendly.
