Retirement Service Center Analyst - University Interview

      Jan 30, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Southfield, MI
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WTW (Southfield, MI)

      Interview

The interview itself wasn't hard at all. Everyone there was super friendly and it was more of a get to know you kind of interview. It felt more of a discussion rather than a formal interview. We even cracked jokes and talked about college football. I applied online through their website and then was sent an email to complete an online generic skills and personality assessment, then a webcam interview, then a recruiter reached out via email to schedule an in-person interview. I interviewed with four different people and each of them were cool and friendly. I thought my interview went really well and was informed I should hear back in two weeks. This was apparently not the case. After emails sent back and forth between the recruiter and I, I did not receive word until two months after my interview. The company itself was very slow in responding to any sort of communication. When I finally did receive word back, the recruiter told me that they basically did not have enough open positions for new hires.
