I didn't enjoy it. I had a role play which I thought was very basic but turned out it was to catch you out. I also nearly missed my interview as HR did not pass on my phone did not receive withheld calls. As they are working from home the lady interviewing was calling of a withheld number so I wasn't very happy. I have experience as a pensions administrator elsewhere and as customer service, they take people from all diverse backgrounds, beauty, waitrose, So I just feel a bit stupid.
