The interview had a some estimation and combinatorics question was not quite relevant to the job I applied for. There were quite a lot of competency-based questions so make sure your answer is precise and comprehensive.

Tell me about a time you worked in a team, the challenges and how you overcame them.
Before the interview, got a chance to walk around the working environment and have some snacks. Quite well and is video recorded. The interviewers are nice and supportive. They are also experienced in the field that I am applying in.
A very long online application form, online numerical and verbal reasoning assessments and then video recorded answers to questions from what seems to be just a pre-recorded/pre-typed question pool. It was a long and annoying process.
