      Jul 14, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WTW

      Interview

There were a total of 4 interviews. The first one was a written test comprised of technical and non-technical questions. The technical IT questions were broad and covered database, networking, sys admin and even coding and scripting. The non technical questions were about client management and relationships. The second interview was a phone interview with manager and senior consultants on the call. They asked about dealing with difficult clients and difficult technical problem solving examples and to go into more detail on job info on my CV. The final two interviews were fairly more simple and straightforward. I met with other managers and then to discuss salary, benefits, etc.
