The interview process was good, got a call from HR, had three rounds of interviews, one with the line manager and two rounds with the stakeholders. Most questions asked were related to my previous work and some were scenario-based. Although the process was quick, the offer was made after a really long time post which bgv and then offer letter was rolled out. No generic questions like 'strengths or weaknesses' were asked which made the process less formal and more engaging. All the interviewers were calm and thoughtful, explained the role with a detailed description throughout the process and the HR was approachable and supportive. The company has a good work culture.
