WTW Senior Client Research Manager interview questions

I applied on their website, then received an invitation for a phone interview. I shown up on time but the interviewer didn't. I email her to kwon why and more importantly re-schedule for a new time slot. She replied by saying that she was engaged in other meeting. Why on earth does a recruiter would be like that. it's utterly unprofessional and disrespectful. but please don't miss the most interesting part: I said we could continue with the call but only 1 week later, then she just ghosted my email and never return. I am disappointed with such a lax, unprofessional and disrespectful recruiters, that's why I withdraw the application and write all my experience on here.
